No Guarantee of Academic Results

REOYH does not guarantee academic improvement, marks, ranks, or examination results. Student performance depends on personal effort, consistency, understanding, and learning ability.

Teaching Quality & Conduct

Tutors on REOYH are expected to maintain professional teaching standards and respectful conduct. Complaints regarding inappropriate teaching behaviour, misconduct, or safety concerns may result in suspension, removal, or legal action.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information
• Students and tutors must maintain respectful communication
• Misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or permanent ban

Guardian Responsibility for Minors

If the student is below 18 years of age, parents or guardians are advised to supervise tutoring sessions. Guardians are responsible for ensuring a safe learning environment.

Refund Policy

At REOYH (Rapid Educator On Your Home), we aim to maintain fair and transparent payment and refund practices for all users.

Service Fees

Payments may include tutor bookings, demo sessions, subscriptions, or educational service-related charges.

Eligibility for Refund

• Tutor fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice
• Service could not be delivered due to technical or operational issues from REOYH
• Duplicate payment was made accidentally
• Cancellation request is submitted within the allowed cancellation period

Non-Refundable Situations

• The student misses the scheduled class
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Incorrect information was submitted during booking
• Refund request is submitted after the allowed refund period

Cancellation Policy

If a session is cancelled after tutor assignment, a cancellation charge of ₹30 may be applicable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Tutor Verification Disclaimer

REOYH collects tutor qualifications and verification details to improve trust and platform safety. However, users are encouraged to independently evaluate tutors before continuing long-term educational services.
